This single with Tiger and The Versatiles was originally released in 1971 in the United Kingdom by New Beat Records. Both songs were written and produced by Laurel Aitken and released during his 'High Priest of Reggae' era, when he put out new reggae singles almost on a weekly basis.
This is the first official reissue and we pressed this one on recycled eco(!) vinyl and the single includes a 300grams insert with liner notes. Because the original master tapes are long time gone, we had to transfer the recordings from vinyl, a method which is often used to restore the loss of original sound recordings. Because of its analogue format, vinyl is ideally suited to do so. After transfer we remastered the recordings for vinyl.

Diese Single mit Tiger und The Versatiles wurde ursprünglich 1971 zu ersten Mal auf Nu Beat Records in Großbritannien veröffentlicht. Beide Songs wurden von Laurel Aitken geschrieben und produziert während seiner „Hight Prist of Reggae“ Ära, als er beinahe wöchentlich neue Reggae Singles herausbrachte.
Dies ist das erste Mal, dass es eine offizielle Neuauflage gibt und wir haben sie auf recyceltem Eco (!) Vinyl gepresst und es gibt noch Linernotes dazu. Da die Original-Masters schon lange nicht mehr vorhanden sind, mussten wir die Aufnahmen von Vinyl übertragen, eine Methode, mit der häufig bei dem Verlust von Original-Tonaufnahmen gearbeitet wird. Vinyl ist, auf Grund seines analogen Formats ideal dafür geeignet. Nach der Übertragung haben wird die Aufnahmen noch mal, extra für Vinyl geremastert.
