Sixteen women took the stage featuring members of the hottest ska bands from across the USA, compiled here on this exciting new collection.  Unlike other all-girl bands, Rude Girl Revue was formed by women, for women. All of the members share a desire to work together to make music that speaks to their shared female experience. The band plays big, original tunes, ska versions of popular feminist anthems, and curated, uplifting ska covers. They present themselves as real women, with a beauty that isn’t merely skin deep. Rude Girl Revue is on a mission: to inspire women not just to move to the front of the crowd but to see themselves on stage in front of that crowd, and to make those dreams of performing a reality.
